The most common way of dosing Vitamin B12 is as follows:

Day 1: 1ml/Ampule
Day 3: 1ml/Ampule
Day 5: 1ml/Ampule

To front load and restore/heighten B12 levels.

And then 1ml/Ampule every week or fortnightly to maintain levels.

This can also be extremely useful during PCT where mood and immune systems may be slightly suppressed!
